Consolidated Marketing Concepts Incorporated (CMC)
started building dreams in the South Carolina Upstate on November 21,1985. Since opening our doors, we have been committed to customer satisfaction and maintaining strong values such as: integrity; honesty; and excellence.
We started building a variety of custom homes consisting of brick, post and beam, log, and vinyl. As our reputation grew, we became one of the premiere lake home builders; crafting several beautiful homes in many of the Cliff Communities and other lake neighborhoods. Our strict adherence to our business values gave our customers the confidence to refer their friends and family to CMC. The majority of our homes were provided to us via satisfied customer word of mouth.
In early 1998, we decided to try our hand at residential neighborhood development by starting Richland Creek located in Seneca SC. Our goal was to create a small quaint neighborhood with large wooded home sites offering big yards for the children to play and to make long lasting memories. We wanted our neighborhood to have common sense, value-enhancing covenants, yet not be so strict as to take away the freedom of owning your own home. The Home Owners Association dues would be minimal, not overbearing; made possible by creating home sites large enough to accommodate a personal pool if the homeowner so chooses. Since Richland Creek was successfully completed, we developed Lukes Crossing located in Powdersville SC and currently we are offering home sites in our third neighborhood, Granite Springs, also located in Powdersville.
(please view our Granite Springs page).
Over the years, CMC has diversified into the ownership / management/sale of residential and commercial lease property. We have several properties located in Clemson, SC, Easley, SC, Powdersville, SC, and Ormond Beach, FL.
CMC attributes it's many years of success to their daily goal of doing business with the utmost integrity, honesty and excellence. If you are interested in building a custom home on your land, or in one of our neighborhoods, we would be honored to serve you.
